Registering for Online Courses- Modules labeled with the modality “Online” can be taken at any time online through Indiana Learning Paths.

Just click the REGISTER and START to access the course.

Then click the blue links next to the red asterisk (*) under Course Materials to begin the coursework.

Some courses may open the course in another window. Make sure you keep both your Indiana Learning Paths tab and the lesson tab open for your progress to have somewhere to save.

How to get credits & certificates: The system generates the certificate automatically if following conditions have been met:

• The score requirement has been met

• The lesson is completed and all the links/interactive buttons have been opened

• The course is expired within the proper time frame
  
  Note: Only certain courses, like Child Abuse, Safe Sleep, and Universal Precautions, have the ability to be taken annually. For courses eligible to be retaken, educators must wait until the day after the expiration date listed on “My Certificates" to retake the lesson. When the course is due for renewal, a new REGISTER button will appear allowing the course to be redone. Please note if a course (like Safe Sleep) can be taken multiple times through the year, only (1) course certificate corresponding with the current year will count towards that year’s training hours.
